How will I receive my purchase?

After your purchase, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours with the products you selected.

How do I access the map?

Your access to the map will be approved within 24 hours after purchase.

The map works perfectly on mobile devices, so you can easily use it while exploring the city. For access, please open the map using the same email address you used for the purchase.

Since the map is hosted on Google Maps, using a Google/Gmail account is required.

How does the travel planning call work?

After purchase, I will send you available time options, and we'll agree on a time that works for you.

We'll meet online via Zoom or Google Meet and discuss your trip. The call lasts approximately 30 minutes.

After the call you will receive:

a personalized itinerary (covering up to 5 days of your trip)
access to the interactive map

If your trip is longer, I will also provide extra recommendations for additional days.
